Select Settings.

Select Privacy and Security.

Select Third-party cookies under Privacy and security.

Make sure Allow third-party cookies is the selected option and also make sure the checkbox titled Block third-party cookies is NOT selected.

Return back to the Privacy and Security Settings screen and select Clear browsing data.

Make sure Cookies and other site data is selected and click the Clear data button.

You should now attempt to login to you Shine account.

Select Settings.

Select the Privacy & Security tab. Under the Enhanced Tracking Protection section make sure the Custom option is selected and then verify that Cookies is unchecked.

On the same screen you will see a button called Clear Data under the Cookies and Site Data section, click that button.

At the bottom of the window you will see a button titled Clear, click that button.

You should now attempt to login to you Shine account.

Open Safari and go to Preferences.

Navigate to the Privacy tab and make sure Website Tracking is NOT selected in the Cookies and website data section.

Make sure Block all cookies is NOT selected. Now click the Manage Website Data button.

At the bottom of this window you will see a button called Remove All, click this button the clear your existing cookies.

You should now attempt to login to you Shine account.
